Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with what they order from us, and we know it is difficult to buy when you have not been able to see before you buy. If you have questions about a product, it's a good idea to ask them by email before you place an order.

If, however, you wish to return an item(s) you have purchased from us within the last 15 days, you may do so for credit of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in new condition.
Items must be shipped back within 15 days of receipt.
Items must not have been written in or on in any way.

To return an item(s) you first must contact us via email at teacherresourcebooks@comcast.net and request a return authorization code and follow the instructions below.

Email for Return Authorization Code (RAC)
Print RAC on outside of return package
Include copy of original invoice in box with RAC and reason for return written on it
Ship UPS or USPS Priority w/Delivery Confirmation

Once we receive the return package allow 5 business days for us to process the return and issue the credit.

Unless you received the merchandise in damaged condition or you receive the wrong merchandise, you are responsible for the return postage and the 15% restocking fee.

Special request orders are not eligible to be returned.
