Purchase Orders

 

Purchase orders are accepted only from schools.  School purchase orders can be faxed or mailed in.  Terms are established and given only to verified accounts.  School Purchase Orders must be on school letterhead & contain the school name, complete billing/shipping address, phone number, & contact name.

 

Terms: Schools will have 30 days (Net 30) from the date of invoice to pay the amount due in full.  If payment is not received within 30 days of invoice, a $3.50 service fee & 15% interest will be charged to the account.  If two consecutive orders are past due, terms will be put on hold and full payment will be required prior to shipment of any items. 

 

Purchase Order Processing:  Once the school name, address, & contact person are verified, your school PO will be processed.  Online orders ship within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).  However, School Purchase orders can take up to 5 business days to prepare for shipment. 

 

Shipping Charges: For shipping information & rates, click here.  If the purchase order item total exceeds $250.00, shipping will be calculated as 15% of the order total.   

 

Tax Free:  NO tax will be added to school purchase orders.
